National Engineering Research Center of Coal Slurry Gasification and Coal Chemical Industry Introduced RUISHENBAO Automatic Electric Fusion Machine

Coal ash powder is the main solid waste discharged from coal-fired power plants, and the total amount of coal ash powder discharged each year increases year by year, exceeding 300 million tons at present. However, the specific chemical composition of coal ash powder varies with the origin of coal, the coal combustion method and degree, which makes it difficult for the coal ash powder analysis and subsequent recycle use. Due to full automation and convenient operation to make the sample analysis more efficient, the RUISHENBAO FSC-01 electric fusion machine has been recognized by engineers of the National Engineering Research Center of Coal Slurry Gasification and Coal Chemical Industry. RUISHENBAO is the only manufacturer in the world that can provide three kinds of fusion machines with different technologies, including electric heating, high-frequency induction heating and gas heating.

The FSC-01 automatic electrothermal fusion machine, developed by Ruishenbao Analytical (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., is the equipment of sample preparation by bead fusion method for XRF analysis. The sample obtained by bead fusion method has effectively reduced or even eliminated the unfavorable factors such as matrix effect, particle effect and mineral effect during the XRF analysis, thus greatly improving the accuracy of the XRF analysis. In steel, metallurgy, chemical industry, geology, cement and other industries, the bead fusion method has a wide range of applications.

This automatic Electric fusion machine has reasonable divided-structure design with separated heating furnace and controlling components. It is easy to operate with little manual assistance. Once material is fed, the fusion process will automatically be completed as the selected program set on the touchscreen by one click. The adjustable automatic rocking system is available to control during the fusion process to ensure the homogeneity of the melt tablets. The entire machine delivers excellent performance by the heating silicon carbon rod, thermocouple real-time temperature measurement, PID constant temperature adjustment and PLC intelligent control. Without doubt, it shows its outstanding advantages on temperature, stability, operability and other functions. With the highest temperature up to 1250℃, the device can be adjusted and suitable for different sample materials. The sample, produced with great homogeneity and good quality, can satisfy the XRF analysis sample demand of different industry customers.

  • Multiple protections (excessive temperature, rocking limit protection, etc.) to make the instrument more secure, stable and reliable.
  • Pouring and casting is done in the furnace with less heat radiation to the human body, and the forced air-cooling system is designed to speed up cooling and improve efficiency.
  • The temperature of the whole machine increases fast with accurate temperature control(±0.1℃)and energy conservation. Due to the highest temperature up to 1250℃, the device can be adjusted and suitable for different sample materials. The sample, produced with great homogeneity and good quality, can better satisfy the XRF analysis sample demand.
  • 4 pieces can be processed synchronically (6 working position is also available for customers’ selection) in high performance-cost ratio.

Introduction:

The National Engineering Research Center for Coal Slurry Gasification and Coal Chemical, mainly based on Yan Mine Group Co., Ltd., has several members, including Northwest Chemical Research Institute, Southwest Chemical Research Institute, Nanhua Corporation Chemical Research Institute, China Tianchen Chemical Engineering Company, East China University of Science and Technology, and Tsinghua University. Established in August 1995, it is the only national engineering research center based on a company in China. With the engineering development of key processes and technologies of carbon-one chemicals and oxygen-containing compounds, it has obtained leading experience in coal gasification and coal chemical about its processes, equipment, and system control technology.
