PrepP-01 is a professional electric supporting pellet press developed by Ruishenbao Analytical (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. for XRF analysis(sample prepared by pressing). It can be widely used in steel, metallurgy, chemicals, geology, cement, and ceramics refractory and other industries. Controlled by PLC programmable controller, it is possible to set and run the pressing process by buttons, as well as to monitor and display parameters including pressure values in real time through the full-color touch screen with friendly human-machine interface. It is simple and easy to use, but can ensure sample accuracy and reliability without doubt. It improves comprehensively not only the accuracy and reliability of producing samples but also user’s operating experience. Hydraulic system adopts ultra high pressure radial piston pump, which solves the oil leakage and pressure gasping. The pellet press shows excellent performance in low noise, long life, and high efficiency. In addition, the control system of high precision pressure sensor is also used to secure precise and reliable displaying with high sensitivity.

The Institute of Mining Comprehensive Utilization of the Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences(referred to as IMCU), founded in 1964, was formerly known as the Technical Processing Office of the Geological Mining Department of the Ministry of Geology.
