More than 200 representatives from more than 100 units, such as ferroalloy enterprises, iron and steel enterprises, third-party testing institutions and instrument manufacturers, attended the meeting.

 

Liu Wenhua, general manager of Ruishenbao, was invited to attend this meeting, and made a report on the latest progress of X-ray analysis method and sample preparation technology, introduced in detail the current X-ray fluorescence analysis method and analyzed the problem of alloy powder sample preparation in combination with the current practical situation. The direct melting of platinum yellow crucible by using molten sample will cause corrosion to platinum yellow crucible, which needs to be pre-oxidized in advance. The process is complicated, and the sample preparation technology requires high requirements and high cost.The molding effect of conventional tablet method is not good, and the powder is easy to crack, contaminate the sample room and X-ray tube. However, the sample was directly prepared by using the UHPS ultra-high pressure system of Ruishenbao . No pretreatment and no addition of other chemical reagents were required for the sample. It only took a few minutes for one sample to prepare the sample, which was economical, simple and environmentally friendly, attracted the attention of participants.

 

At the same time, there were also users of The Equipment of Ruishenbao, who shared the comparison of ultra-high pressed samples and samples prepared by other sample preparation methods through actual X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (XRF) analysis. It was found that ultra-high pressed samples well solved the long-standing difficult problems in XRF analysis of ferrosilicon samples, which aroused great interest of the participants.

After the meeting, the researchers gathered at the booth of Ruishenbao to learn about its ultra-high pressure system and other matching sample making equipment for X-ray fluorescence analysis. Participants expressed a desire to gain a better understanding of the equipment and to provide samples for testing, to which the staff responded with patience and care. Ruishenbao is pleased to use this conference to make more users aware of and apply the new equipment of X-ray fluorescence analysis method to the first-line analysis and sample preparation, thus solving the difficult problem in the sample preparation process of X-ray fluorescence analysis method.
